The Lanna Boutique House is a spacious, finished modern Thai and Burmese style house decorating details in a large, long established village at Chiang Mai area only 7 km. from the downtown.
The house built by the current owner to a very high standard and quality has a 1 main building and 2 individual guest suites in separate buildings. The house has old teak floors through and beautiful designed built-in real teak furniture. All bathrooms are spacious and all contain bathtub and separate shower area.
The main building is built in a “L” shape, which allows living areas to share views of a swimming pool and all water features around the house. The water feature, swimming pool and a pond by the house give this property a peaceful and relax atmosphere.

From the gate a covered parking for three cars is on the right side and opposite is the maid’s quarters 12 sq. m. with a separate bathroom 5 sq. m.
Walking through a small garden stepping-stones over a Koi Karp pond lead to the entrance. On the right side there are two separated buildings for a guest suites.
Each comprises bedroom 32 sq. m. and 30 sq. m. with own bathroom - 11 sq. m. To the left steps lead up to a large room 40 sq. m. with own bathroom - 17 sq. m. This room is currently configured as a bedroom, but it could easily be converted to a living room with windows having views over the swimming pool. At the end of the room there is a door accessing a sala 11 sq. m. overlooking the swimming pool and the pond, which also marks the edge of this property.
On the other side of the building there is a dining area 42 sq. m. with a door leading to a fully equipment Western-Style kitchen 18 sq. m. which ensure bathroom - 17 sq. m. and 11 sq. m. located on each side of building. There is also a large balcony 33 sq. m. accessed from the hallway.
